Take the Money and Run!

Round about Tuesday of this week I came down with the flu.

In my haze of Puffs Plus and Vicks, I managed to make my way down to the family room for a little TV. Toddlers and Tiaras happened to be on DVR (5 whole episodes!), so I decided to catch up.

There was one episode in particular that struck me outside of the usual pimping of the little girls that goes on: The America's Trezured Dollz pageant scam. Now, I'd read about this episode whilst posting on a favorite message board about another episode, so when I saw the title of the pageant in my DVR list, SPELLED WITH Zs (you know us black people love to misspell things on purpose) I got all W000000t with it and hit the play button...


In case you're not familiar with the story, here's a quick recap:

Horrible-fried-haired crackhead-esque pageant director in KY dips (that's 'flees' in black speak) on pageant contestants midway through the pageant, leaving a trail of IOUs with parents of pissed off kids, subcontractors, and the hotel. In total, she left with about 20K. The End.

Now, I'm no advocate of crime, but this woman was clearly a hood rat from the start. She was always filmed wearing a dirty velour jumpsuit and baseball cap with unkept split ends coming out the bottom. She looked like she needed $5 for a pack of Newports, and would give you half and half behind Big Lots for that $5. Why these people handed her cash is BEYOND ME. Based on my observations, these Kentucky mothers aren't the sharpest crayons in the box. The one below is living in a new build, spending a couple thousand on the pageant, yet is missing a front tooth:

Anyways, back to my point, because the cold meds have me rambling...

I decided, after watching one toothless stage mom say the judges (no relation to the director) were smoking crack, to investigate the outcome of this scam.

I have to admit that I have never seen this show nor have heard of it. Being stranded at a family members during a bad storm, this show was on. From what was shown, this was a crime. Currently there is no claims nor charges filed towards the show director nor the Event Company. Possibly because the name used is one of many alias used by that director.

Cant get to far into what I do- but I can say that the director has several names listed and does have a "back ground". Will list the public information that was found on her. Hope this helps some. I did look for a way on the actual TLC board to post this information, but this is about as close as I could get.

NO THESE POOR PEOPLE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE RETURN ON THE IOUs YET! I'm pretty sure she'll pay them back as soon as she gets that pack of Newports, heh-looo!

In the meantime, parents, please keep your money and children AWAY from crackheads (or in this case, people who look like they could be your neighbors). Ta-ta!
